It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Delivery of Orders
Our delivery time is generally 3-7 days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are usually dispatched on Monday.
We do not normally accept specific dates. However, if you have an emergency or are changing residence, we will accept your request to specify a delivery time. You can email service@inofia.co.uk after placing your order, stating the reason for your request and a specified delivery time.
We currently do not offer a service to collect old mattresses.
Return and Trial Policy
If you order the wrong size or suddenly do not want the order, please email service@inofia.co.uk within 15 days of receiving the order. We will arrange free collection.If the pickup fails due to your reasons, you will be responsible for the subsequent pickup costs, which will be included in your refund.
The 100-night trial policy starts when you sign your order. It usually takes about three weeks for people to get used to a new mattress. So we recommend that you email service@inofia.co.uk if you are not satisfied with the comfort of your mattress after three weeks of use.

You can send the correct delivery address to service@inofia.co.uk before shipment. We will update the delivery address for you and arrange the shipment.
