If you would like to return your Inofia mattress, please contact us （service@inofia.co.uk）or live chat. You will receive a refund within 7 days.

After you receive your Inofia Mattress, you can sleep on it for up to 100 nights before you decide whether or not you love it. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us by service@inofia.co.uk and refund your money, in full. You don’t pay any fees.

We do know that while the Inofia Mattress is good to go from the start, an adjustment period can be needed for some people which is why we require you to try the mattress for at least 30 nights.

You could compare getting used to your new mattress to the same process as getting used to new shoes. The mattress you previously owned had time to adapt to your body shape and soften. When you sleep on a new mattress, it is possible you may feel a slight discomfort at first, and that is why we recommend trying your eve for at least 30 days before considering a return.

Update Wave Memory Foam is placed on the bottom of normal memory foam layer. Let you freely return over the night, it doesn't restrict your movement. And, when you do move, you're unlikely to disturb your partner. because this mattress is good at absorbing bounces

The unique construction and technology in the Inofia Pillow make it perfect for any type of sleeper, whether you sleep on your side, stomach or back. The Inofia Pillow will provide the proper contouring support you need for a great night's sleep.

The outer cover of the Inofia Pillow is completely washable. The inner foam core should not be cleaned nor get wet. If necessary to clean, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent and then let completely dry.

Yes, while we are confident you’ll love the Inofia Pillow, like the Inofia Mattress we will offer a 100 night trial on the Inofia Pillow. After you have tried the pillow for 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied, you can ship it back to us for a refund.

The Inofia Protector is completely machine washable with the following care instructions: 
You may wash with COLD water and regular detergent.
DO NOT BLEACH
DRY ON LOW HEAT OR AIR DRY
DO NOT IRON

Like the Inofia Mattress we will offer a 100 night trial on the Inofia Protector. If you are not completely satisfied, you can ship it back to us for a refund. 

Yes, there is a 10-year limited warranty against structural and craftsmanship issues.

Your Inofia mattress is rolled, vacuum-packed and then shipped directly from our factory to your doorstep. All Inofia mattresses are brand-new and waiting to be delivered to you.  After placing your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation via e-mail where you can arrange a delivery time that fits your schedule.

The estimated delivery time can be looked up under “order”. Please take into account that your order will be sent to our production team once full payment is received and your order will be delivered within the prescribed delivery time. Depending on the payment method this can take a couple of days.

You can test the Inofia mattress for 100 days to decide whether or not you are satisfied with our product. If you realize that Inofia is not the right mattress for you, simply contact our customer service team (service@inofia.co.uk) or live chat. We will give you a refund for 100% of the purchase price. However, it takes time to get used to a mattress, and it couldn't tell if the mattress suits you in short time, so we recommend trying Inofia at least 4 weeks before sending it back.
